Service-Based Policy
As we provide AC repair, installation, maintenance, and related services, completed services are non-returnable.
However, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you face any issue related to our service, we encourage you to contact us immediately.
Service Issue & Re-Service Policy
Any service-related issue must be reported within 24–48 hours after service completion.
If the issue is confirmed to be caused by our service, we will provide free re-service within a reasonable time frame.
This does not apply to issues caused by misuse, power fluctuations, or external damage.
Spare Parts & Materials
Spare parts or materials supplied by us are non-returnable once installed.
Unused parts may be eligible for return only if
They are unused and in original condition
Original invoice is provided
Return requests must be made within 3–7 days of delivery.
Cancellation Policy
Service appointments can be cancelled at least 12–24 hours before the scheduled time.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or no refund, depending on service type.
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
Duplicate payment
Service cancelled before work begins
Service unavailable due to technical or operational reasons
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
